Ordering Information

    Stars & Stripes Ammunition sells to the public and to dealers.  Dealers should contact us for specific requirements.  Some special order items may be subject to minimum quantities when ordering.  Any special conditions are made known at the time of the product inquiry.  We ship anywhere in the world, providing US foreign policy permits commerce with your country.

    A photocopy of a driver’s license is required to be on file for all ammo purchases for age verification purposes.  We also require a signed declaration from the customer stating that there are no laws and or judgments prohibiting the individual from possessing or purchasing ammunition in their place of residence, and stating that they are a legal US citizen or Green Card Holder for foreign nationals residing within the USA and its territories.

    All items must be prepaid, including shipping.  All payments are to be in US funds only.  Orders shipped to addresses in Florida must include 6% sales tax, unless a resale tax certificate and a copy of an occupational license is on file.

    Most items will ship UPS or FedEx ground.  We do offer expedited air service at additional costs.  We do not ship to P. O. boxes.

    We accept certified checks, money orders, personal checks, Paypal, credit cards, and wire transfers.  All money orders, personal and company checks are held until they clear.  Only certified checks and postal money orders ship immediately.  We only accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Card for credit card sales, see below for special instructions for credit cards.  For wire transfers, we do include a $15.00 processing fee to cover the costs of receiving a wire.

    If you are going to pay by credit card, we do need you to call in this order.  Please do not email us any credit card information.  This is the only secure method we have at this time for accepting credit cards.  Credit card orders will only be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder, NO EXCEPTIONS.  We do use address verification to verify cardholder’s identity and shipping address.

    If you are paying by wire transfer or Paypal, please call us, or contact us by email with your order and for account information.  Once you receive our account information and confirmation of your prices and PO# for the order, we will ship your order upon notification of completed transaction and funds clearing.

    If you are ordering production ammunition, please contact us for a quote on shipping, then you may print out the order form listed under order form, and mail it in with your payment.  If you are paying by credit card, you do not need to use the order form unless you are requesting a price quote.  Our mailing address is located on the top of the order form for those who choose to use the postal system for ordering and quotes; otherwise you can just email the form for your quote.  Please fill out all the information completely, or your order may be delayed.
